2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

The 2011 CFDA Awards is the Oscars of the fashion world. Every A-list celebrity, fashion contributor, designer and model will grace the red carpet tonight.

Kerry Washington looks pure as the driven snow in her white feathered angelic Calvin Klein sheath dress.

Francisco Costa is the master of chic simplicity and this gorgeous creation was no exception.

She is pure perfection from her soft up-do to her flawless make-up.

Supermodel Sessilee Lopez opted for a more dramatic look in her sensational gold satin Zac Posen creation.

The sexy cut-out detail and the train of the dress is beyond magnificent.

She completed her look with a sleek bun and beautiful dropped earrings.

Supermodel Chanel Iman wore a fabulous vibrant Max Azria turquoise cut-out shoulders dress.

Normally, the plunged neck and thigh-high split would be a little too much together but Chanel is skinny as a rail so it doesn't appeared vulgar.

Loose curls and gold heels finished her look.

Estelle looks wonderful in her gold lame Diane von Furstenberg plunge neck dress.

Her cropped hair is a little boring but I let her slide this time.

She completed her look with strappy sandals.

Supermodel Liya Kebede wore a simple white and black two-tone draped Derek Lam dress.

I wasn't jumping out of my seat for this look but she still looked beautiful.

Mom to be Jessica Alba looks pretty in her coral and lavender Diane Von Fustenberg dress but I kind of wanted a little more.

She completed her look with pulled back hair and gold earrings and cuffs.

I am excited that Joy Bryant finally combed her hair and wore some make-up but I wish I could say the same about her black lace Rachel Roy dress.

It's just too tight and short therefore it looks cheap and tacky.

Every one looks divine, especially Kerry Washington and Estelle.

Thank goodness, Joy! Nothing wrong with SOME effort. She looks nice! Everyone looks nice! I wish Kerry Washington would have gone bolder but, she always looks so stunning to me. No Iman this year? *tears*

Trust me I felt your pain about Iman. It just wasn't the same without her stunning presence.
