President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama hosted The White House second State Dinner welcoming Mexican President Felipe Calderon and wife Margarita Zavala.
The First lady looked beyond stunning in this blue one-shoulder shimmering Peter Soronen dress. I adore the accentuated embellished waist band. This is the second occasion that the Michelle wore his spectacular gowns. My native Chicago designer did us proud again.

Michelle looks amazing but I can't help to notice that the bodice of the dress is too tight. Her breast are smashed in the dress.
