Rachel Roy Or Hilary Rhoda
Rachel Roy first wore her own floral print maxi dress to the "500 Days of Summer" premiere. She looked sensational and I loved the her chocolate masculine belt. This was the first time that I actually didn't mind flats on the red carpet.
Hilary Rhoda recently wore the shorter version of this dress to "The September Issue" New York Premiere. Hilary looks fabulous also and she opted for a black belt and Rachel Roy's animal print sandals.
I just love the effortless attempt by Rachel Roy and she is the designer of this amazing dress so she wins!
