I am going to say this once and only once, no one and I mean no one can touch Diana Ross when it comes to fabulous over-the-top ensemble. Beyonce is just childs play compare to Diana. She is the only diva that can get away with this and look stunning because you expect this from her. She keeps us in suspends at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert with her incredible chiffon coat than she reveals her gorgeous gold beaded dress underneath. On any other celebrity, I will say this looks is way too much but for Diana, she probably wears this going to the beach!
