I thought I would never utter these words but Solange Knowles is my best diva of the week. She looks sensational in this burnt orange ruffled dress paired with her cobalt Christian Louboutin shoes and fabulous Fendi tote bag. She finally took some of that weave out of her head! I guess being in London does wonders for her.
